Fortunately I was the first person to email him. The guy honored the $2k price even though he still kept receiving emails after raising the price to $2500. I asked them why they did all that maintenance just to sell, and the gf replied:

I didn't even test drive it.
Unfortunately, I just learned that this Miata had a bad motor. I emailed the seller, but he played it like he was clueless. I'm so glad I took a screenshot of the ad - this will be my first lawsuit.
